72 Hour Quality Guarantee

Here at Rooted in Paradise Succulent Studio, we pride ourselves in only shipping out plants that are of the highest quality, well-rooted, and disease free.  All of our plants are hand selected and thoroughly inspected for quality prior to shipment. For those rare instances where there is an issue with your order, we offer the following 72 Hour Quality Guarantee to all of our customers:

If plants arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Store credit for the purchase price of the damaged plant(s);
  • Refund of the purchase price of the damaged plant(s) to the original payment method; or
  • Replacement plants (if possible.) Only the replacement plant(s) will be included in a replacement shipment. We will not add any additional plants to a replacement shipment. No substitutions will be sent. Replacement option cannot be combined with store credit option.

 The 72 Hour Quality Guarantee Covers: 

  • No roots or root rot (not applicable to cuttings and bareroot plants);
  • Numerous broken or missing leaves;
  • Broken stem;
  • Incorrect plants or products;
  • Missing plants or products;
  • Visible damage on pots, trays or other accessories; and
  • Pest infestation.

The 72 Hour Quality Guarantee Does Not Cover:

  • Dry or wilted bottom leaves;
  • Potting soil on leaves;
  • Minor color/shape differences from image in the product listings;
  • A couple of broken, missing, or wilted leaves;
  • Assorted products that differ from product image;
  • Extreme neglect and disregard of included care instructions; and
  • Purchase of incorrect products due to customer error.

Please Note: Packages must be retrieved and opened within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for the 72 Hour Quality Guarantee. You will receive an email with your tracking number once we have shipped your order. 

What to do if there's an issue with your order:

If you have any issue covered by our guarantee, please email us at help@rootedinparadisess.com within 72 hours of your order being delivered. In this email, please provide your order number, a description of the issue with your order, and photos of all damaged plants and the box the order was shipped in. We will respond to your message within 24 hours.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the aforementioned 72 Hour Quality Guarantee.

For California residents, please read Proposition 65 at www.P65Warninhs.ca.gov. California law requires nurseries to display this label to customers.

Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

There are no returns or refunds on any living products aside from refunds permitted under the 72 Hour Quality Guarantee. All plant sales are final. 

You may request a cancelation of your order by sending an email to help@rootedinparadisess.com. Make sure to include the order number and request for cancellation in your email. We will cancel your order so long as we have not begun processing your order.  

If we are able to cancel your order, the purchase price will be refunded to the original method of payment. No cancellations can be made due to delays in delivery by the courier company/postal service. 

Rooted in Paradise Succulent Studio assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages.  It is the responsibility of the customer to track their order via the tracking link provided and collect their packages promptly. If your order is lost or stolen, we are happy to help you file a claim with USPS.  Please contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns by sending an email to help@rootedinparadisess.com.
