Orostachys malacophylla var. iwarenge 'Chinese Dunce Cap' Highlights:

• Orostachys malacophylla var. iwarenge 'Chinese Dunce Cap' forms beautiful lavender rosettes that produces many offshoots, growing in a clump-like fashion.
• Produces tall bloom stalks with clusters of white flowers that typically bloom in the spring.

• Hardy to Zone 6 (-10° F). 'Chinese Dunce Cap' will survive a hard frost by dying back completely above the ground and then coming back in the spring. Due to it's delicate leaves, this succulent is sensitive to extreme heat.  

'Chinese Dunce Cap' Care: As with all succulents, it is best to follow a "soak and dry" schedule where you water your plants deeply (until water runs out the bottom drain holes), and then allow your soil to dry completely before watering again. Succulents should always be planted in well-draining cactus and succulent soil and in a pot or container that has drain holes. Be sure to provide your 'Chinese Dunce Cap' with plenty of bright sunlight to maintain its vibrant colors.
