Tephrocactus articulatus var. papyracanthus 'Paper Spine Cactus'

• Tephrocactus articulatus var. papyranthus 'Paper Spine Cactus' is a slow growing pinecone shaped cactus with paper like spines that grows up to 12 inches tall. 
• Easily propagated from offsets.
• Produces a tall bloom stalk with white, bell-shaped flowers that typically bloom in the spring. 
• Hardy to Zone 8 (15° F). 

Tephrocactus Care: As with all cactus, it is best to follow a "soak and dry" schedule where you water your plants deeply (until water runs out the bottom drain holes), and then allow your soil to dry completely before watering again. Cactus should always be planted in well-draining cactus and succulent soil and in a pot or container that has drain holes.
